Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best service and experience we require advanced bookings. Not only does this give us time to prepare it ensures that you are able to secure your spot when it best suits you. Here are some FAQ’s about our cancellation policy.
How far in advance do I need to book my course or tour?
There is no exact time frame as to how far in advance you need to book. However, spaces are limited so booking as far in advance as possible is recommended. This ensures that you will secure the dates that are ideal for you. You can either register online or contact us to reserve your course or tour.
How far in advance do I need to pay for my course or tour?
All courses and tours must be paid in full 4 days prior to trip. You can either pay online through our secure paypal system or you can mail us a cheque.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my course or tour?
Can I change the dates of my course or tour once it is booked?
You can change the dates of your course or tour as long as it is more than 3 days prior to the booked date. We will do our best to accommodate the change but cannot guarantee the requested dates will be available. Date changes may be subject to an administration fee. A 20% administration fee will be charged to re-schedule courses and tours less than 3 days prior to reserved date. Rescheduled courses and tours must be within the same season.
